What is the Expert HR Business Partner Academy about? 

​

1. For a small monthly fee (£39 per month or c$50 per month, see below all detail), you will have access to weekly live Q&A sessions that focus on technical aspects of our HR Business Partner roles (at all levels) delivered by me. 

2. How to actually do something is never covered in any formal HR courses. These weekly sessions have been designed to help you do your job with practical examples and templates, no difficult to understand theory.

3. Start implementing everything learnt in your role from day 1. 

4. There are two slots you can choose from subject to your time zones, every Sunday at 5pm UK time or every Saturday at 9am UK time for up to 90 mins each session. You will have access to all covered sessions as they are recorded. If you cannot attend a session, you will get a recorded link to watch on demand when you are free. The sessions are ongoing you simply join when you can. 

5. Our focus will be on real life examples, case studies, latest research and evidence based approaches (no difficult to understand and apply theory!) 

6. You will also have a full access to the HR Zone with all my templates, tools and toolkits to save you time creating templates from scratch.
